Went out around 3 am Tuesday and saw a lot of options. Unfortunately the usual lights and turn arounds killed most of my chances. That's the same one. I guess if it gets slow she hits the trail. She has a friend, the same one that she is almost always with. I was cruzzing on the trail and I had a few missed opportunities. I think it was Lexi but not sure, was snatched when I was trying to make the catch but couldn't because of another carriage was doing the same thing. Further up north I spotted Tasha, a BSW with 54 G tits! Made the scoop but she was a bit cautious but after doing the check we went to a spot. Agree to disagree. Good point, but tell me how it relates to what we are talking about. There was 420 involved. If you and your "date" are doing nothing wrong, and both deny the fact that any money was exchanged for sex, what can you be arrested for? There are no witnesses, unless you were stupid enough to throw money at her outside the car in public. You do have rights under the 4th. I am not an expert, but have experience with this kind of an attempted arrest. Who was the attempt made on? Me. I did state that if the person has drugs on them, and say the popo saw them purchase them, they can now proceed. BUT that IS probable cause and not suspicion. Much harder to prove with a SW. I didn't say that they can't stop you. They can stop anyone that they want. The big thing here is what I said. "If the person has drugs on them" that the dangerous part. Some SW do carry drugs. Some are being watched. But you can not get arrested for giving someone a ride if all is legal including no traffic violations during the pick up. If I am wrong I want to hear how. Key word, Arrested not stopped. I am not a legal advisor, and these are only my opinions and not to be accepted as any type of advise.

I think my previous encounters with uncle LEO may or may not have left me extra cautious especially with SW. The correlation is that an officer can run your plates, pull you over and ask you questions just on the basis of your driving posture. Of course if the 420 wasn't involved, it probably wouldn't have escalated.

I just follow murphy's law to the letter when traveling the trail. The amount of bad things that can happen vastly outnumber the amount of good things that can happen.

Reasonable suspicion is a standard used in criminal procedure. It is looser than probable cause. So your on The Trail (a Red Zone for prostitution) and LE spots a well known prostitute get in your vehicle. You did nothing wrong. Is there grounds to be stopped by LE under " Reasonable Suspicion " ?

When I went to university, I took a law class. Yes that is reasonable suspicion. If a police officer smells weed in the area and you have a slightly packed pocket (may just be your phone) they will consider that as reasonable suspicion. It is mainly an excuse for an officer to stop and question your intended actions, they may and are allowed to preform a stop and frisk if they think that you pose a danger to them or others. They have NO grounds to arrest you under reasonable suspicion, they are only allowed to question you about your intent with said girl and may check your vehicle for weapons (unregistered or without permit) and drugs. If they find any of the following or find that there is probable cause that you are intending to partake in illegal activities, then they have the right to arrest you. Best option is to shut up and let them talk. If they question you and you do not know how to answer it or think they may twist it and use it to their advantage, plea the 5th. Prevention of self-incrimination. If you want you can record the whole thing and if it gets to it, you will have evidence you haven't done anything wrong and can be presented in court. After seeing the video, the case should be dropped.

Hope all my Brothers have a great Memorial Day Weekend as I'm on my way to South Beach to relax for a few days. I didn't see as much activity around BP last night except for mine. Not staying there sucked but obviously I have no problem getting action. The Sunoco across from The Ale House is now the official Whorelando fill up.
