The case doesn't speak to probable cause for an arrest, rather it addresses whether there was reasonable suspicion to detain the suspect for an investigative stop. The appeals court specifically notes that the standard for these kinds of stops "reasonable suspicion," is much lower than probable cause. The behavior was hinky enough to justify a stop, the stop was short enough to not be an arrest, and the marijuana they found provided probable cause for the arrest.

Hope all my Brothers have a great Memorial Day Weekend as I'm on my way to South Beach to relax for a few days. I didn't see as much activity around BP last night except for mine. Not staying there sucked but obviously I have no problem getting action. The Sunoco across from The Ale House is now the official Whorelando fill up. Saw at least a dozen different girls there around 4 to 5 AM. 99% sure I saw Ashley Bella cleaned up and looking good a few times between 6 and 11. The pale super short hair redhead, a Preggo that favors Nicole but longer hair, a couple of real nice Caramel Lattes that walk from the Sunoco North to about Home Depot, a few scattered around Landcaster and the Wawa close by and 3 or 4 around Oskridge. Lots of traffic and scattered unmarked LEO presence. I used the word scattered a lot cause I just ate at the Awful House haha. Take care, be safe. SJ.

That was a court case in which a circuit court judge ruled probably cause was justified on the grounds that her hands were at the 10 and 2 position and was therefore suspicious.

"As Ms. Westhoven drove past him, Agent Semmerling noticed she had a "stiff posture" and her arms were "straight and locked out" at a "ten-and-two position on the steering wheel". ".

Goes on to say; "Although Ms. Westhoven did not appear to be speeding, Agent Semmerling decided to turn around to follow her and run a registration check. ".

Unfortunately the 4th amendment doesn't really do anything anymore.

Agree to disagree. Good point, but tell me how it relates to what we are talking about. There was 420 involved. If you and your "date" are doing nothing wrong, and both deny the fact that any money was exchanged for sex, what can you be arrested for? There are no witnesses, unless you were stupid enough to throw money at her outside the car in public. You do have rights under the 4th. I am not an expert, but have experience with this kind of an attempted arrest. Who was the attempt made on? Me. I did state that if the person has drugs on them, and say the popo saw them purchase them, they can now proceed. BUT that IS probable cause and not suspicion. Much harder to prove with a SW. I didn't say that they can't stop you. They can stop anyone that they want. The big thing here is what I said. "If the person has drugs on them" that the dangerous part. Some SW do carry drugs. Some are being watched. But you can not get arrested for giving someone a ride if all is legal including no traffic violations during the pick up. If I am wrong I want to hear how. Key word, Arrested not stopped. I am not a legal advisor, and these are only my opinions and not to be accepted as any type of advise.

I see amazing pictures of the girls in dreams on here and always love them. How do you guys end up getting them? Most girls I've had dreams about on OBT strike me as to paranoid for any type of photos. I have always wonder what the lead up story is to taking of the pics in dreams, are some of you guys just amazingly slick?

So here we go. Stayed at a friends up by the Racetrack because I wasn't going to be ransomed at The S8 for $100+ cause I can find action anywhere. Picked up a little Rican spinner named Mimi or Mami anyway small short dark hair similar to Jan but a little better. About 4 AM had to chase off the stick shifts to get to her. Walgreens 45th street parking lot. Went down off RioG and got a decent bbbjwcimas for 20 Beggin Strips. Had to give her an extra Jack. Dropped her off at 38th and Woods and saw lots of action. Jan, Tammy and a few others. Went back in and chilled a couple hours so about 6 I head to the Arches at 39th. Preggo Ashley she pronounces it like some French Ho Ash A Lay or something she's some Rican Ghetto probably can't spell France. Anyway after eating I refill my big gulp and leave the Arches and turn down 38th to Woods and she's begging me to get in and I'm like look girl I'm already spent but I'll give you a nickel to jerk me off and says yes, drive. Before we go a block she sucking me and moaning and telling me to come all over her face and I'm fuck for $5 I'm in. We go around the block a couple times and all of a sudden she jumps up pops my console lid up and grabs my monger wallet which had nothing but my old expired license and try's to jump out the door at about 15 mph of course I knocked the shit out of her and grabbed it back and she's screaming let me the fuck out and like bbbbitch and slam on the brakes and I'm like you're fucking lucky I don't shoot you and she's yelling shoot me mother fucker as she jumps out of the car with her door wide open and I blasted her. With my full big gulp and she was covered and screaming. Had on khaki shorts and a white and very wet skimpy top with her big Preggo looking belly hanging out and she was soaking wet head to toe and was about as sticky as my underwear when Kevon got done with me last night.
