Everyone take a moment and count our blessings and be thankful for what we have and who made it all possible. Our fallen Brothers and Sisters, all Heros. Also those who still protect us in all the Military, Government, Firefighters, Medics and even LEO. I know in this hobby we don't see eye to eye, but without them all, we would not have the freedom, safety and protection they provide us with. God bless you all. Key word, Arrested not stopped. I am not a legal advisor, and these are only my opinions and not to be accepted as any type of advise.

I think my previous encounters with uncle LEO may or may not have left me extra cautious especially with SW. The correlation is that an officer can run your plates, pull you over and ask you questions just on the basis of your driving posture. Of course if the 420 wasn't involved, it probably wouldn't have escalated.

Also SC and AJ326 seems to have explained it better than I ever could.

I just follow murphy's law to the letter when traveling the trail. The amount of bad things that can happen vastly outnumber the amount of good things that can happen.

When I went to university, I took a law class. Yes that is reasonable suspicion. If a police officer smells weed in the area and you have a slightly packed pocket (may just be your phone) they will consider that as reasonable suspicion. It is mainly an excuse for an officer to stop and question your intended actions, they may and are allowed to preform a stop and frisk if they think that you pose a danger to them or others. They have NO grounds to arrest you under reasonable suspicion, they are only allowed to question you about your intent with said girl and may check your vehicle for weapons (unregistered or without permit) and drugs. If they find any of the following or find that there is probable cause that you are intending to partake in illegal activities, then they have the right to arrest you. Best option is to shut up and let them talk. If they question you and you do not know how to answer it or think they may twist it and use it to their advantage, plea the 5th. Prevention of self-incrimination. If you want you can record the whole thing and if it gets to it, you will have evidence you haven't done anything wrong and can be presented in court. After seeing the video, the case should be dropped.

So I have been reading for a long time but haven't stepped out for any dreams of my own. Last night I had a killer headache, ended up going to IHOP on the trail and found some Honey that would cure the trick, and for only 40 Mario coins! They service was amazing. Only downside was that I stuck with a jacket on the whole time but what the goal is headache relief that's not so bad.

So, I was heading to the outlet shops at the end of. Oakridge when I stopped at the gas station to get a Mt Dew. When I came out there was a cute latina near the car.
