First rule of finding just about anything good (food, bars, parking, whatever) that is not a rip-off is to get out of South Beach. Head north to 71st Street, there are two Asian places, one on the east bound and another on the west bound, near the monument. Also, 75th and Collins was great -- but I have not been there in a while so who knows.
