Norm, I hate to break it to everyone but the arrested monger and his lawyer will find that the best deal will be to plead no contest and go thru a court approved diversion program, which will be offered if the monger has no prior record. If he does he will be shit out of luck. I have seen these cases once too many and the resources it would take to fight this would make it not worth it in the end, and the chances of success would still be minimal.

Of course the girl offered sex! That's what a LEO sting is all about. All you have to do to get ensnared is to agree to the deed and / or show intent, and if the monger went to the room that shows clear intent. Just to be clear, there is no anti entrapment law in Florida. My understanding is that in some US jurisdictions this would be considered just that,"entrapment" by a law enforcement agency, and there would be NO crime committed because intent is not considered criminal. But here in FL it most certainly is. This is my understanding from years of mongering, seeing others get entrapped, and from talking to lawyer friends. I am not a lawyer myself, so I wonder if any monger lawyer reading this would care to validate or correct what I'm saying, and we would all appreciate it.

The story goes like this:

She gives him the room number and starts walking towards the motel.

Once he is done with the gas he drives to the motel half a block away and she is waiting for him outside.

She walks him to the room and once she opens the door he finds about 7 guys on the floor with hands behind their backs.

A couple of undercover and uniform officers in the room.

Transported and booked him overnight.
