Another area is Hollywood north of the circle, get a room close to the circle and walk south or north and you will see tons of SW….
As mention before is best to get a car and drive on ne 2av or in A1A in Hollywood where crime is lower.

A lot of my experience is from downtown Vegas when Fremont was still free. And a bit in DC in and around that bar near Logan Circle that was never there, don't know what you're talking about... Then as now i prefer walking to driving, just don't feel like i can observe the surroundings enough when i'm driving, particularly in a new and sorta big city. Any suggestions are appreciated, here or pm, and i don't want to piss in the pool so if this is a question y'all would rather not have up i'm happy to nuke the post...cheers to ya...d dude

Dude, all I can tell you is I don't recommend you monger on foot in pedestrian unfriendly Miami. This is even more true especially at night and especially in the area you're thinking about. If a car won't do rent yourself a motorcycle or even a bike, but on foot you will be exposed to all that bad shit that city has to offer in abundance.

I can concur you will be fucked with especially when it shows your not from around. First hint is your walking around on foot.
