Has anyone been here recently, the paradise city in Mathias. I was thinking of going soon, and was wondering what comes with the private dances.

Replying years later, but the backroom is closely monitored by camera. You can grab some boob, but don't try to use your mouth on anything.

Sorry HUGH, didn't try any private dances so I can't respond to your question. From what I have heard about private dances at other clubs, they are frequently a a bust to get your money for nothing in return. THIS MAY BE MY FAULT SINCE I usually leave these clubs early to find a good restaurant before heading home. BBB.

I mean actual food. I wasn't using a codeword. Lust is also a steakhouse and have steak and prime rib specials during the week.

Made a first time visit to the Golden Horseshoe Club in Ran son, WV last Saturday afternoon (2/16). Was a little disappointed since they only had 3 girls show up for work. The girls weren't the cutest, but were good dancers. Admission was $10.00, checked your I'd. They were friendly, had no problem showing their goods, you weren't hassled much for private dances, drinks. The place was clean and lighting good enough for a clear view. Was given a complimentary pass for a next visit. Got talking to one of the girls who said there are around 5 other clubs in the immediate area which they rotate their dancing. Plan to try again to see if they had more girls and the quality picked up. Wasn't there long enough to get a good read out on "take out" availability BBB.

Thanks for the info. I went by Lust a couple weeks ago about 5 in the afternoon. Maybe 6 girls. Seemed pretty relaxed. The one that hung with me was cool until I said I did not want to pay for an overpriced private dance. Dances start at 40 I think for one song and go up to 100 for 15 min. Then she started talking about her money problems. Anyway, I took a pass and split. Not sure about takeout!

Anyone know what's the deal with Vixens (and Taboo)?

I've heard that they've been reopened and even were able to win back their liquor license, but I still find myself making my way out to Lust since I've heard rumors; anyone care to shed some light since the new owners don't appear to be posting anything on the internets.

Rumors I've heard:

1) Vixens opens at 3 PM (even though some sites still list noon).

2) Daytime cover is now up to $10 and the cost of drinks has gone up too.

3) Nothing in the way of a kitchen is up and running.

4) Talent is lacking in both quantity and quality.

5) Metal detectors at the door are in force and you also must leave your phone in your car.

6) Dances are stricter than before (if that's possible).

Hopefully someone can validate some of these rumors. I really really miss the good ol' Underground.

Billy Gates' explanation in #77 is correct. Here's a link to an article about the lawsuit, which dates back five years: t.i.n.y.u.r.l-dot-com / m.r.e.p.2.b.q (Do the usual stuff to restore the link). If you do a search on something like "Stripper Martinsburg Lawsuit" you'll find plenty of articles including that this is apparently a wide-spread practice with lots of lawsuits trying to fix this.

Another article said that Vixens and Taboo were trying to re-open but were being challenged by people playing the zoning game.

My favorite club TABOO I understand has closed along with a few others. What is going on? Got caught for prostitution, selling drugs, or what. Was planning to try VIXENS but heard it closed too. Too bad, the girls need the money. BBB.

I see some of my favorite clubs have closed. But are there any clubs open in the afternoon? Sometimes a cold brew and some **** dancing is a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

Well I'm going to answer my own question. I googled Lust nightclub and saw their hours posted Gave them a Call and YES they are open in the afternoon. I went last week, there were 4 sweet young things dancing. Well worth the trip.
