Went to HK this morning, I thought I would treat myself to a session before I started the work week. Got to the door and they were still getting things together. Mamasan was vacuuming, girls still in their pj's waking up. It was amusing because it wasnt like a typical AMP scene when you get there. Had a session with Sarah 5'3'' very hot with great boobs. Well, with all the hype about Hong Kong lately, I decided to take a trip there tonight. I am (or have been in the recent past) a regular at several AMPs in the state, but Hong Kong isn't one of them. While I can't say I didn't have a good time, on the ride home I was sure wishing I had gone to Evergreen or one of the Norwalk spas instead. I think from reading this forum people might get the impression that Hong Kong is the only AMP in Waterbury worth going to. While this may be the case if you're a regular, I think it's time for a fresh perspective. I've been there 4 times now, and don't get me wrong, I think it's a great place, but I don't think it's any better or the girls are any prettier than some of the other AMPs in Waterbury, and IMHO, it doesn't even compare to Nirvana or Liberty in Norwalk. They seem to have more girls there, so if you're inclined to ask for a lineup or turn down the first girl you're offered I guess your odds are better to get a girl that's your type. Personally, that's not my style and I generally play the hand I'm dealt.

The first point I want to mention is the management. I know people have said here that HK has the coolest Mamasans in the state. I think I've met most, if not all, of them by now (there sure are a few!) and they have all been very nice, but I can't agree with that. I've gotten to know the Mamasan at Evergreen really well and she's one really nice lady who has always treated me really well, even before I became a regular (though after that it was like I got VIP treatment). But the coolest AMP manager I've met by far is Mia at Nirvana, no one even comes close. For example, I remember a while back reading several complaints about people getting the bait and switch treatment at HK, basically calling ahead for a particular girl, only to get there and find out she was not available. This has happened to me at the places I am a regular, and I know they knew it was me calling, and I never took it too personally. Now I've never been too regular at Nirvana, but on separate occasions when I called Nirvana Mia was completely honest and said she was no longer there, and another time she told me the girl I wanted had an appointment at that time so I should make it for later. Besides that she's really cute and funny, and doesn't mind at all if the girls choose to get together with a customer when they're not working. Okay, I know I'm going off on a Norwalk spa in the Waterbury forum, but I'm pretty sure just about everybody reads the reports in most of the Connecticut forums, and I felt that point needed to be made.

As for the girls at Hong Kong, yeah, there's some really hot ones there. But on 2 of my 4 visits, tonight being one of them, the chick just wasn't all that! The other 2 times, well one was Pepsi, and it's well documented from last summer how hot Pepsi was, and the other was Tina a few weeks ago and she was just my type, but by no means a stunner. Tonight I was with Orange, who was a pretty girl, but not my type at all and a little on the chunky side. When she was sent in to my room I was awfully tempted to go against character and ask for someone else, but I couldn't bring myself to do it. She gave a good massage, but getting a massage is not the reason I go to an AMP! The rest of the service was adequate, nothing spectacular though. She seemed like she was gonna give me a rimjob, and if she really had I would probably be giving her a rave review right now. But she only let her tongue do a little wandering down there for maybe 10 seconds and then told me to roll over. I couldn't help being reminded of the line in the Smokey Robinson tune, "A taste of honey is worse than none at all!"

I know this is a pretty long report with a lot of opinion and very little, if any, new information and I'm sorry about that. But I really felt something had to be said along these lines. Just to reiterate my point, Hong Kong is a wonderful place with some really pretty girls, and I am not trying to discourage anyone from going there. But just like any AMP, keep in mind, YMMV. Personally, I'm one hell of a charming motherf##ker, and I'm used to getting real high mileage! I've grown accustomed to getting at least close to a GFE when I go an AMP, but I'm only 1 for 4 at Hong Kong. I've been to Evergreen a lot of times, and even before I became a regular I was getting GFE treatment nearly every visit, from girls who were every bit as good looking as most of the chicks I've seen at Hong Kong. And at least coming from my direction, it's a hell of a lot easier to get to.

Stoner, I've been to Vegas 7 times (From 75 to 92) spent many hours searching for MP's and AMP's within the city and a little beyond. All I could find were rip off's. As for the streets? 1's and 2's is all you will find. Vegas is another world, full of scamers. Nothing like CT.

I remember this one place where this hot young thing in skimpy night wear greeted me at the door, took me by the hand to the back room where there was this bar. She said she wanted wine to take in the room with us. The wine was equivalent to "boons farm" for only $125. Yea, Right!

That's when I started to get flash back's from the LA experience (and a few others), So I ask the bar tender if he was F****** high? That's when this BIG mean bouncer comes out of the walls and says "What did you say"? Now I'm thinking just give him the money and get out of here while your still alive. So I offer him the money but for some reason he didn't take it. I couldn't get out of there fast enough !

Unless things have changed drastically since 92, take the ride to the ranch's and don't waist your time near the city.

I have a question about those spots that "up" for newbies.

I've heard some places scale the amount of service due to the amount of times you've been to there locale.

For instance, in South Carolina recently, a fellow was told to accept less service for standard fee. After 3 or 4 visits, more can be expected. This is a safe bet for some mongers I'm sure, but I myself would walk out. I've never experienced that and would be dissappointed to no end. Is this to be expected for some spots?

At another spot, a monger was quoted $2.00 for FS, with a $60 house fee on top! I can't picture that! I beleive that has more to do with gentleman attempting to negotiate and getting the slime ball deal cause the provider can get away with it.

Also...some spots are purely HJ only...BUT...do to locale seem to demand same donation as FS. (I am referring to Vegas). Part of me thinks that this is due to the customers lack of negotiating and accepting substandard service.

Should service ever get negotiated up front in such situations. I am on my way shortly to Vegas and will surely get confronted any of these, and I am not well versed in AMPs in other states and regions.

I do beleive that I will get what I expect, but I don't want to get burned with HJ only for FS donation..or piss poor FS with a scrape job and PDE (plastic doll experience.)

I would beleive that I could have a talk with the mamasan afterwards, but perhaps I am spoiled by being in CT.

Any suggestions?

Luvdozer is right. When I discussed haggling, I meant to say that it's foolish to haggle down from the $100 tip at Hong Kong - that is the expected amount there, all the girls know it and expect it, and trying to negotiate down is not a good idea. Remember also that the girls at HK never try to negotiate up from the $100 either, at least they haven't with me. It's ok if you give an extra 20 at the end for outstanding service, but if you didn't give the extra 20, that would be ok.

But if places do try to overcharge you (such as the Executive in Danbury, reports are that they ask for $140) then it might be worthwhile to negotiate down to a more acceptable figure.

By the way, I travel a lot and have patronized AMPs in at least 12 different states throughout the US, and the $100 tip is virtually universal these days.

Thanks for the responses, Just what I was hoping for. Some beautiful girls in DC, glad there is something closer to home. Still 1.5 hr drive but that is OK everyonce in a while. SW scene doesn't do it for me & Escorts are too expensive for me. Hoping still to hear some better things out of Providence as that is about a 50 minute drive.

I would agree with the points being made about haggling in general, but with some caveats. I think there is a good deal of variety between AMPS.

HK is the perfect example of a place where NO ONE should ever haggle. First of all, the prices for each act are as low as any AMP I have been to. More importantly, at HK you get service that is truly a cut above the rest from girls who are as attractive as any AMP in New England (SF is a different league). So I beleive we all should pay the 60+100, sit back and enjoy service that has sometimes been hard to find.

On the other hand, I have been to AMPs in Danbury and Providence that clearly try to up the price, especially to new guys. At those places it is worth it to negotiate down to a reasonable rate. Use your judgement. If the girl seems pissed then you may want to back off.

Finally, I think quality of the girl and quality of the service should be a factor. If I end up stuck in a room with an unattractive girl at a place I am not familiar withy, I will only pay an appropriate market rate for that level of qaulity.

I beleive firmly in treating all provider well and with dignity. I agree that obsessing over price often results in poor service. However, I also believe that one can fiscally responsible and still get good service.

Since Stoner referred to me by name, I figured I'd make some quick comments.

Hong Kong Spa in Waterbury is definitely at the same level as the three DC spas that you mentioned (Downtown, Supra, CPHC), especially these days as there's been an influx of attractive new talent at HK. Magic Spa is close to Hong Kong but is probably a notch below (but still a good place).

Stoner & Turbo Trader have it right on the prices, something that I've written about for over a year now. Pay the standard $60 house fee for an hour plus 5 jacksons for the young lady, and you'll be well taken care of. No need to say a word - just leave the tip on the table right after you get back into the room from the table shower (even if the girl's in the room at the time).

If money is tight, be willing to accept services at the level of your tip - two jackson tip for an HJ, seventy for a CBJ. Or else save your money until you can afford the $160. Haggling at an AMP to get the price lowered for FS is usually a big mistake and a waste of time.

To answer your question, yes, its pretty standard.

IMO, and I could be wrong, but 99% of the time a fellow gets into a haggle war is because they are trying to lowball.

Pay the door, leave $1.00 for the girl obvious, and never talk cash. Why anyone talks cash at an AMP is beyond me. I've had similar experience in Atlantic City and Philly, not DC. A fellow poster here named MighteySpearsman has ripped a hole through the DC scene. He could give a better comparison if prompted I'm sure.

Some AMPs have limited menu...therefore the donation structure scales proportionately.
