His parties had so much value. Would suck to see it go.

Red Room doesn't own the building. They leased the space from the Pussy Cat owner. The previous lease holder called and said that he was no longer in business. He canceled the liquor license even though it wasn't in his name. The person who has the license has filed all the proper paperwork to have it reinstated. Also I heard filed a lawsuit against the previous lease holder. But all this is here say.

Not sure it matters. RR made some disastrous personnel moves, and was shell of its former self.

However, the liquor license was in the name of the prior owner and they were still continuing to operate under that license. Either the previous owner terminated the license, or the authorities got word of the situation and put a stop to it. Whether it's true or not, I have no idea, but it makes sense.

I also looked at the BLLC hearings for the past month and it doesn't appear there. Likewise, it doesn't appear on the list of upcoming hearings that are posted through March.

Both of the following licenses were terminated by the Board of Liquor License Commissioners for Baltimore City, effective February 14, 2020:

Class BD7 Liquor License
Adult Entertainment License

Red Room has been closed by the city liquor board for multiple violations as of February 14th.

They probably won't be reopening any time soon given that it looks like their licenses were terminated in entirety.
