Absolute dump. Worth a look though, especially if you like low end places. Never saw much of anything interesting there myself but others have reported varying degrees of success.

The biggest problem in my dream was that the start time was, say, 10 PM, and most of the girls didn't show up until midnight or later. So there were 6 or 8 guy sitting around and only one dancer available until much later. BJ admitted he had lots of trouble getting the girls to show up on time.

I've dreamed of going to these a few years ago for lap dance parties. In the West Baltimore location, they are held in an apartment. You pay a cover of around $10 and can get lap dances from the girls in the apartment main room. Girls were charging $5 per dance in my dream from a while back, but make sure to check with each girl, some may set higher prices. Even in the early 1980's The Block was bigger. As late as the late 1990's you could still see "investment bankers" in block clubs. The Block however is going the way of the dodo. It hasn't been nice in a while. Even when it was "better" it was still too sleezey for my Washington friends. Hell, I love sleeze but The Block has gotten too much even for me. I am not exactly down on it but you really do have to manage expectations. Even when it was better, it was no match in terms of quality of establishment as the big nice fancy clubs in places like Atlanta.

I blame the internet for much of it but the owners are and have been stuck in the 1950's as a business model. I doubt there will be much of The Block in a few years. It's a shame as I think there is still some market for strippers but they way owners run those places has not kept up with the times or what customers want.

Good luck though and I mean that sincerely. It can be fun as long as you know what you're getting into and are prepared for what you get.

And, of course, the business model.

Means girls get less money, leaving the field to occasional unicorns and those on drugs. That said, for now, I've had good times at the following:

1. Harem, Sat. Night only. 4-5 decent lookers; heavy push for VIP.

2. Red Room, Friday- Saturday night, after 9:30. Some long time favs do come back; and I'd say 6-7 lookers, with several not just block cute. Felt like how Times Square in the 80's has been described to me. There was literally someone peddling produce from a horse drawn cart. Lots of junkies. I'm wearing a nice set of slacks, custom blazer, and Italian leather shoes so needless to say I stuck out like a sore thumb!

The Block was smaller than I expected, it's literally one tiny city block maybe 200 yards end to end (if that). Got lucky and was able to park around the corner.

Went into Harem and a couple other places. Not to be too much of a dick but the women were disgusting. Either really heavy, really old, really trashy, or really really strung out. And most were a combination of two or more. They were attracted to me like flies on shit and I literally didn't even sit down in two of the clubs bc they surrounded me as soon as I walked in.

Hung out at Harem for like 20 minutes to have a beer, bartender had a great body that was it. Some really, really dirty blue collar guys were in there drinking and just stared daggers at me the whole time as if I had invaded their sacred space. Was awkward and when I left I made sure to look over my shoulder, these guys were that sketchy. The two women I saw there both came over to rub my junk but they were scary looking so I sent them away.

I want to try it again but when dressed in normal clothes like jeans & a hoodie, not when looking like an investment banker. Unfortunately I don't have time this trip as I'm leaving town tonight but next time I'm here overnight I'll definitely give it another shot.

Not sure if I would entertain girls in my hotel room especially if they are shooting up, what if they OD, might have some uncomfortable explaining to do with cops. My gal nods off, from sleep depa, and due to not busting one out, I approach her gal friend while the other chick goes out and disappeared for some smokes. I offered her 1. 0 plus some Flintstone pebbles. And drilled her balls deep in Mish, she also was exhausted, and was nodding out intermittently. Long story short of it, she was insistent on having make me bust a nut, which I admired, but pebbles desenatize me down below, and providing my stamina lasts, I can just keep going at it. It was a surreal evening to say the least. The following two nights they crashed over at the hotel with me, with basically these two ladies turning the room into a trap house. Due to their boy addictions, they selfishly paid more heedence to shooting up, verses servicing me.
