Long time lurker, only really provided a review once. In the past I visited RS and was told that FS was off the menu, but reading the forum that seems to not be the case. It may be a YMMV kinda thing but I wonder as to why I was told this.

I noticed a few weeks ago that Kung Fu in Lutherville on York Road had closed. Today I was in Cockeysville at Padonia Village Shopping Center and saw Kung Fu Foot Care so I went in to see if they were one and the same. It is. I live a block away from there and would frequent the place till the place became a total shit show. Saw two cops in an unmarked Chevy across the street.
