So this is where all the great 90's manhattan action moved to! Had an amazing experience driving the morning just following the MLK holiday. It was around 330am and I was driving on Roosevelt Ave in the mid-80's, this area was really popping! Lots to choose from, kind of scarce these days in my limited sampling of old 90's strolls in NYC.
