Doubt that officers would ask the other "how you do the procedure?" So openly in public. Would also think they would know said procedure and there would be no reason to be chattin about it in a coffee shop.

Makes me remember when one time I was near the 109 pct and seen officers walking out the across the street "Union" with papers in there hands. One officer says to the other "what do we do again when we are inside?" Then I watched them walk into said MP on union street. Which has happened BTW.

Older cop was retired traffic cop. They weren't talking all that openly. They were in corner next to an exit door next to a wall and I was in next little table with my back to them so other than me they were away form everyone. I guess I was sort of invisible to them as I don't think I would strike anyone as other than an older business man heavily immersed with a project on my laptop and not listening to what was going on around me.

I'm from richmond hill and around that area that's very surprising to hear about a street walker, muchless an indian one. WEIRD!

They're not completely Indian they might be Guyanese and there has been streetwalking activity around there off and on. Some by the South Ozone Park area.

Overheard a conversation between a young female NYC cop and a retired female cop the couple weeks ago. They ran into each other at a well known coffee shop and I happened to be nearby doing some stuff on my laptop. She asked her what was new and she (the younger) said that she was being trained for Prostitution Stings. So she (older) asks: "So what's the procedure?

1. They pick an area where it matters to the neighborhood in this case it will be Richmond Hill. Hunts point is a lost cause and / or nobody really cares, so they pretty much ignore it.

2. Stings will start when the weather gets warmer.

3. She will not have any weapons on her and she will be wearing a wire.

4. There will be another cop nearby that she said will be "ghosting. " He will be "sleeping" nearby dressed as a homeless guy. He is there only in case she runs into trouble and he will be armed. He will not make the arrests and as the bust goes down he will not be involved after all he is just a homeless guy.

5. When the john solicits her, 2 other cops will show up and will cuff both the john and her (she is cuffed too - after all as far as anyone witnessing this, such as other potential johns, she is a prostitute) and take them both away in the same cop car. The ghost cop will remain.

6. When the cop car they are in is just out of sight she will get out and walk back to her spot near the "homeless guy. ".

7. Repeats until shift is over or until no johns show up for awhile.

8. She will testify in court if needed (most guys will take a plea); her name will be sealed in court records.

They should train her to suck a cock just in case.

I pretty much am always around the area that Steph hangs out in, I think your best luck to find her out there in this weather is around the 3-5 window. I used to see her in the morning when parking my car and if I wasn't running late I'd engage her a little bit but since it's gotten cold I only ever see her right before it starts to get dark. Tried finding her after work a few times which is only around 6 but she's MIA. Once it gets warmer, I'm sure she'll be out longer if she's not busy with another.
