Your best bet is TheLuxuryCompanion.com (TLC). They have the largest selection of escorts and do tours to NYC regularly. There was a time in the late '80's and early '90's when there were about a dozen outcall agencies in NYC that I knew and used that were all reliable and had decent girls working for them.
