In and around the Port Authority area regularly. Any WSW around this area. Always looking for a quickie after / before work. Any suggestions?
Stay Safe.

The going rate for a BJ from a SW in the 90's was about $20.

Posts: 495Times Square back in the day
I went to NYC the first time when I was 19 or 20 and this was in 1990 or so. I stayed at the Marriott for a college conference for college newspapers. My crew would walk up 8th Ave to try out different pizza places every night. There were still a lot of SWers on the streets at that time. I moved to NYC in the mid 1990's and they were gone. What was the going rate around 1990? And how did Times Square stack up against other spots in New York at that time when it came to SWers? Thanks for any old school stories.

The hotel he's talking about is on 8th near 44th or 45th but there's no activity that I've seen. A few days ago I walked the area from 48th to 34th and back and didn't see anyone. I walked along Port Authority as well and didn't see much. This was around 8-9 at night.

I went by 118st today around 6, the area is just like Artisttyp described it, I couldn't find anyone that looked like they were down to hang either. I circled a couple blocks looking for any action a couple times and left about 20 min later, things looked pretty quiet. Lmk if why'all have better luck.

I will eventually head to Corona, Queens to check out that scene. Meanwhile anymore Harlem ideas let me know. I am in the area.

I returned back around 1:30 pm. Same thing nothing out of the ordinary going on.
On the other side of 118 and Park Ave are rows of very nice looking townhouses. None of it looks to be inhabited by drug dwellers.
