I went here today. Arrived at 11:30 am which may be too early but I saw nothing that would resemble any pfp action going on. One side of the street is a Catholic academy that takes up half the block. Then across the street looks like a small very nice Govt funded housing building but well kept and well managed. Is this the building you are referring to?

I returned back around 1:30 pm. Same thing nothing out of the ordinary going on.

East Harlem is very much a hit and miss. Often times it is best to park and walk you will probably have better luck. Best location is probably on the corner / near 116th Street and Lexington ave near the Pizzeria. You will see a lot of people using and selling but you will see a lot of traffic. If you hang out there and be patient you will likely get lucky eventually. The only thing is be careful what you wish for. If you find a woman of your choice and want to take her to hotel, she will likely want to make a purchase to bring to hotel. If you are good with that then go ahead. If you want to have care fun you need to be very selective where you do this if you know what I mean. Let me know how it goes.

The hotel he's talking about is on 8th near 44th or 45th but there's no activity that I've seen. A few days ago I walked the area from 48th to 34th and back and didn't see anyone. I walked along Port Authority as well and didn't see much. This was around 8-9 at night.

I went by 118st today around 6, the area is just like Artisttyp described it, I couldn't find anyone that looked like they were down to hang either. I circled a couple blocks looking for any action a couple times and left about 20 min later, things looked pretty quiet. Lmk if why'all have better luck.
