I agree that if they are going to offer 30 minutes, they shouldn't treat the session like they're working in a fast house. I disagree that Bella did nothing wrong. I've been to GoGoRelax many times for 30 min sessions as I am a 1 pop guy. They've all been great.

I went to this place for the first time last weekend because of all the good reviews. Saw Bella. I got a 1/2 hour because it was my first time and plus it's close to my office so I wanted to do a trial run as if I was on my lunch break.
