PH is not close. They've change #s and did away with their old website, try gogorelaxny.

NYC will cost you a premium for what you get in Philly. Philly is still the best bang for the buck. But places like PH gives you GFE vs Philly. And NYC are now mostly Chinese providers vs Koreans in Philly.
