This post is a day late but I picked up Evelyn on Brooklyn's other famous blade. She is probably one of the best looking ones out there but her service is trash. The answer is in your question, why they choose to work around middle or poor areas like Penn stroll instead of upscale downtown area, do you see how they dress, also areas where they are still people walking around with there kids even at night, you want them to work around where all the shopping areas are at and also upscale area means, those people have money and influences, just because they bring hookers to there homes doesn't mean they want them around there areas, Penn stroll is more isolated, quite at night and most people are in there houses at that time and also those people have no influences around the area except just cry, protest and complain but they not going to put there money and resources together to make things happen, its like think of up scale areas like a gated community vs community public areas.

Be careful of the Jackson Heights area, especially on Roosevelt Ave around 80th street under the bridge. I don't remember the exact location, but I went there on the advice of this board, and there's about a 4 block area where some of the girls look good from the street, but they're not girls.

I Always Ride the Penn Track. It's a few of Regulars I see often that are very good.
