I disagree. You can't be lowballing a provider first time you see them. Coming off as cheap is among the worst first impressions you can give. Or say you have a certain amount than tell them you have less when you get there. Then you come off as a liar. My view is you are putting your self at risk of bad service or getting rushed. And then provider will turn around and say if you wanted the full time, blow job, or good service in general you should have paid them their rate. Maybe you can get away with it on a low volume provider. But ones that get traffic or feel they have self worth don't necessarily have to deal with that. Plus if she says no when you get there you basically wasted your time/money traveling to her. But If that works for you and others feel free to keep doing that. Just giving my view on what can happen if you do it on first meeting with a provider.

My view is either you ask for a lower rate upfront which is where you have the most risk of being blocked but at least you get answer right away and move on to next provider.
