I've seen several bad reviews on this one from her and her boyfriend are thieves to deposit scams. Never seen a review from anyone that has actually met them or that was positive. They post nonstop and in multiple cities. Boone, Ashville, Charlotte, Gastonia, Hickory, etc. I've been seeing that ad with those same pics for a minimum of 5 years. Use to post mainly in Hickory but I guess they ran out of simps in that area and started branching out. I see 0 reasons to believe that, that ad is anything other than a scam.

I don't know about Lake Wylie, but there is a 'Lifestyles' club in Gastonia. I believe it called the red door. Saw several comments about it on adult Friend finder. Its on Aberdeen near the Hospital.

I have never attended, but would love to one day if the GF is up to it.

I'll admit that I've visited 2 ladies there in the past (Meridith / Mary Jane and Susan / Jasmine), only because they were referred by local gentlemen I knew would not steer me wrong.
