Hey guy. I'll be traveling to the Scott AFB area in few weeks for a month or so. Any advice is appreciated. Get over my way and I'll return the favor.

I deleted a sentence that read "If you sit at the bar, you may be asked to tip a dancer after her set. Give her a buck." I guess I got them mixed up.

Posts: 1351Whoa, dude, don't overthink it. You aren't going into some opium den or an underground dog fighting ring. Just go and enjoy yourself and learn what's up as you go. It's not too hard. There are too many different clubs to tell you how they all work.
Most clubs will have a cover. Most clubs will expect you to keep a drink in front of you at all time. If you don't drink alcohol, you can certainly order water or a Coke. The girls will appreciate it if you buy them a drink. In many places they get a part of the cost of the drink, and ladies drinks sometimes cost more that drinks for guys. Don't let a girl order a drink on your tab if you don't want to pay for it. Tell her "not right now, maybe later". If you buy her a drink, that means you are inviting her to sit with you for a while. Depending on the club she may touch you or let you touch her, trying to persuade you to go to the back room for a private dance.
Girls will ask you if you want a dance. If not, say no. If you want a dance, say yes. If you want a dance with a specific girl, ask her. Go see her at the stage, tip her a dollar, and say "Please see me after you are done with your set."
The price of lap dances varies from club to club and lady to lady. $20 per song is common. Depending on the club, if you pay for 3-4 songs that would be enough to get some extras. Or you can just enjoy the lap dance.
If you sit at the bar, tip the girls at least a buck or two each set, more if they spend a lot of time with you. When I've been the only guy at the stage and the girls spent the whole song with me, I give them $3-$5.
How much will you spend? There are too many variables. If you don't interact with the girls, just pay the cover, and drink one drink per hour, you can hang for a couple of hours for $20. But they will think you are cheap (and you are). Tip the girls. They work for tips. In fact, they have to pay just to be there.
For your first time, I'd suggest Hollywood Show Club in Washington Park. If you go before 7pm there is no cover. They are sticklers about buying drinks though. It is bright inside and open and not scary at all. The girls are pretty and you can sit at the bar and watch them, or sit at the stage and watch them closer (with tipping and touching). Very few girls will offer any kind of extras there, so you don't have to worry about that. Dances are $25.
Biggest tip I can give you: only take as much money as you are willing to spend, and leave the debit card at home. The girls will get you to spend money -- it is what they do.

Hello everyone,
I am new to the scene and I am planning to make my first visit to a strip club. I need your advice. I do not know how it works at all.
I expect I will pay a cover charge at the door ($10 in most cases) , then I will have a seat to watch the girls dancing. Should I expect that dancers will approach me to offer lap dances or private dances? Who should ask? Me or her?
Do I have to order drinks all the time? What are the prices of drinks? Am I expected to offer a dancer who comes to sit with me a drink or she may be offended?
What are the prices of lap dances and private dances? I am not interested in something extra at my first trip to a strip club!
I will be driving and am not interested in drinking, so if making orders is required, can I order food or Pepsi?
Last and most important question, how much should I expect to spend? I am talking about the basic spending without getting dances (like cover charge / number of drinks I have to order if any)?
I am sure some, if not most, may think that this is the most stupid post in this forum, but watch out, I am taking my first step. You may change your mind about me in the next few weeks.

You can get two dollar bills from your bank before you go to the club of your choice.

Has anyone been to Colony recently? This is on my bucket list. Would like to check out the couples theatre. Not really interested in any action but just would like to go while there is some action just to have a first hand look.
