I wrote a couple of reviews here on CoCo from the spa in Edgewater, on Old River Rd. I was able to get FS on a first visit, (she was good with $120 tip for FS) and before we moved on from oral, she offered BBFS for $200 (tip). Its about 5 minutes from the GW in NJ.
