I confirmed that C9 was one of the raided spas a few weeks ago. There was 1 undercover LE inside and once he gathered evidence the raid proceeded and three mongers were cuffed and marched outside for public display while their ID was checked, and then they were released. I think I am going to give up this part of the hobby as it is too much hassle.
