I'm from New England, but moved to SoCal a little over a year ago, and have been getting to LV on a regular basis for my part time job, so here is a review from my visit last week. I was looking for a new place and tried the spa that's at the south end of St. Rose in a little strip mall that has a gun shop and gaming house, slightly north and across the road from the M Casino. I arrived just as she was coming in from a break, and followed by another customer. I was escorted to a room and told that he was a regular and she would take care of him first and would be with me in 20 or 10 minutes. I should have taken that as time to cut my losses (I paid for an hour because I actually WANT a massage!) and left. Anyway, after about 20-25 minutes I hear her leave the other guy's room, go to the bathroom and clear her throat several times.
