There is nothing in Cedar City since it is a very Mormon town. If there is then it is very UTR. I would uber or lyft there. Its close enough to some retail stuff at the corner so if the concern is where you were going, fast food and a couple restaurants are nearby so you could just say you needed a McDonalds fix. CLL has become my go-to. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
