While the active time may have adjusted - 3 pm to 8 pm has also become a hot time for uncle LEO to be on the hunt. That goes without saying, at least it should. I rarely pick up someone as soon as I see them. I'll go around the corner, scope out the area and NEVER pick anyone up right on the corner of Trop, if another car is behind me or if it really congested. However for me it's a little bit different for me and one of the few advantages of being a black man on the streets. I guess the monger Gods must be smiling down on me. Thought I was going to the well too often and I was due for a horrible experience but that wasn't the case. Everything started off incredible. I booked a room at the Tropicana on Thursday, got one of the bungalow rooms, they suck BUT for mongering they are wonderful, discrete entrance that was about 10 steps from my room and it's adjacent to the parking structure.
