On Thursday I was headed east on Tropicana and there was a line on the right lane for those who wanted to turn right to get on the I-15 and it was bumper to bumper.

I saw a driver signal to a female street person who was lying against the 6 foot wall there on Tropicana. She looked in bad shape.

I mention it because I don't know if this is a new tactic on Tropicana, or if they were only there by coincidence. I forget what is on the property the wall is part of. Maybe lodgings. Perhaps they were looking for someone or investigating something and just happened to see what I described and thought maybe they could bust someone for something.

But I'd be careful for the next week or two and make sure they're not staking out the area on foot now.
