I was in Vegas a few weeks ago. I asked about where to stay and I ended up at the Orleans. Rooms are surprisingly nice. Unfortunately LEO was parked at Home Depot and Starbucks and no one was out. I moved to the strip and drove back during the week around 6-8 pm. Allot of options, drove past 1 WSW and turned around but by the time swung back, she was gone. I stopped and at at BK and the action was at Starbucks. Drive around Trop and back to Starbucks. The action had moved to BK. I was always on the wrong side LOL.
