Lastly Las Vegas has to do something about the homeless and hood rats that have turned the experience into shit. Shit head beggars- mentally ill people- and homeless leaving there crap everywhere. It makes LV look like California (yuck).

Vegas is doing something about the homeless. They passed two ordinances that went into effect January 1st. One says you cannot hand someone anything out your car window within 200 feet of an intersection, which is kind of a bullshit way of putting it on the people. This is a typical California thing where cops don't bother the homeless because they have no money, so they write tickets to people who do have money. What Las Vegas needs to do is do something about cops who are just looking to write tickets to people who live out of state and can't go to court to fight them. They are ruining Las Vegas. Who wants to come back and spend money when you're going to get some shitty ticket? Technically, if you go through the drive-thru Checkers on BH and Desert Inn, you are committing a crime when you hand the clerk money through your window.

Second law is no sleeping on the sidewalk if there is room at the shelter. They walled off Owens Avenue at North Las Vegas Blvd and now it's a big homeless center. If there is room there, the homeless can't sleep on the sidewalk. I have seen cops running off guys putting up tents. They are very serious about it, because they don't want their city to look like shit for the tourists.

Been reading about this area for a little bit. Seen locations, boulder hwy, trop, Fremont. Got some time to kill for a work trip, planned an extra couple of days. Would love the low down on a couple of motels that I could stay at to either walk outside and find a couple just around the motels or even walk down one of the streets. Saw someone said the desert hills at one point couple of other motels sounded promising as being sketchy. Don't mind the sketchy level. Should I get a car? Figure walking would be the best anyway. Arizona Charlie's on Boulder Hwy is probably the best bet. Girls walk by there all the time, and hang out at the 7-11 around the corner, the bus stop on the corner, and the gas station across the corner. Also, rooms are accessible like condos, where the doors are outside.

On Tropicana, it's The Rio. That whole stretch of road outside is higher-end girls. The alley behind the gas station that goes to The Home Depot is a good spot to find girls.
