Yes, Vegas has changed, I remember when I moved here 10 years ago, both Trop and BH were great. Now it's an inconsistent mess. No longer worth it for me to plan a night of hitting the streets, I've got rooms near Trop on several different weekends in the last year or so, success rate is about 40% and those that I did meet were after hours and hours of looking. It used to be 30 minutes max and my biggest problem was selecting which one I wanted. I remember many nights where I saw 2, sometimes 3 because when I dropped one off there was a hotter one out there.

I rarely get a room now and rarely hit the streets at night, instead I've been meeting them in the daytime, get the number then hopefully see them later. I'm unsure if the strong LVPD presence has anything to do with it but the selection is slim-pickings, I suspect it has to do with these areas being gentrified / developed.
