Never did a day time visit before on a Wednesday. Very, very weak lineup overall. I have a Nevada state ID. Per my experience, I have been able to get into most strip clubs without having to pay a cover. Some exceptions:

Chicas Bonitas. Entry during the daytime is usually free. If they charge entry in the evening, they charge everyone. Locals and tourist. But the cover is so cheap. I think last time I had to pay entry, it was $5.

Hustler. I had been able to get into the club without paying cover based on my NV ID. Years ago, I purchased a "party pass". This get's me into the club without a cover, and discounts my drink prices. Back then I paid $40 for it. (The price for a new one may have gone up.) And since I use this card for entry, I don't know if Hustler has modified its policy, re using NV ID to enter without cover.

Crazy Horse. Using my NV ID, I get in without cover. They also have a "black card" to discount drink pricing.

Treasures. Never had a problem getting in without a cover using my NV ID. But I have been asked to buy two drink tickets to take care of their two drink minimum in advance. Treasures also has their version of a "black card".

Was at Hustler earlier (daytime) it was dead but I wanted to check out the locals VIP card. Confirmed with a staff (email) prior, it's $30 one time charge that includes free entry and drink discounts.

The door guy also confirmed it's $30, they do take a photo of you (I suppose to avoid someone else using your card). Once at the bar, I confirmed drinks are only $2 (with the exception of top shelf stuff which I don't care) They do require scanning your VIP card every time you order. $2 drinks are really good deal. I did ask about kitchen (I thought they have one here) but sounds like it's reservation only.

Sadly the club was dead with only skeleton crew (1 door guy, 1 bartender, 1 waitress, 1 dancer, 1 manager, etc.) A few more dancers showed up much later and I did manage to try out 2 dancers. It's $40 each song back in the VIP area which was empty. You pay the $40 to the staff by the VIP and she hands over this ticket to the dancer (I suppose that's how they collect later) Not sure how much exactly the dancer gets from each song. The dances are fairly tame (at least from day shift) maybe nights are better.

On a different note, I can confirm you can get in (no cover) with NV I'd at Peppermint Hippo and Honey's. Palomino they make you buy (2) drinks min. At the door ($30) but prices could vary.

Hippo HAD a free locals card (I tried but they said nope!) Supposed to bring the drink prices to Happy hour 24/7. Still can't beat $2 drink at hustler, will have to check this out.

I thought the VIP card got you in free, but I went during a holiday when the club was completely dead, I had called ahead to make sure they were open and what the cover was. The dude on the phone said he'd skip the entry fee if I came in. I told the door man and he let me in for free so I tipped him 20 bucks.

I didn't hear about the VIP card until I was 100 bucks into my tab on $20 dollar drinks, when a dude sitting down the bar told me about it. Spent 60 on the VIP card and when she swiped it to my tab it dropped to close to 10.
