In this hobby of ours, it's important to get a full checkup at least once a month (or more depending on your frequency of dates). I've gotten lucky so far, still clean from all the women I've seen from the start. But then again, I don't partake in BB full service even though I was offered a dozen times.

Yes they will give the vaccine up to 45 years old males per world health organization recommendation. They just extended the age recommendation last year and by now most of the health insurances covers it. It is pretty expensive if you pay cash and there are three shoots spaced over several months. The easiest and cheapest way is to call your favorite pharmacy and they can order it and administered it to you.

If you need to pay cash you can use GoodRX to find the cheapest price. There is no generic only Guardasil brand vaccine.

Herpes -- yes, true. Kissing as well. Chlamydia? Virgins can get that. Have a bacterial respiratory problem? Good chance it's that. No kissing required! Found that out as a young lad in college. HPV? Yes, you can take the vaccine at 27-45 nowadays. Everyone has / had HPV, essentially. It's just what strain, in which there's a small chance it can cause cancer. So a small group of strains out of thousands, they have a vaccine for. In the beginning, they obviously wanted to target young folks. Works better that way directly, sure, but you're getting a LOT less bang for your buck in results if you give it to older folks who likely carry it + not working well + likely have another strain close enough to it which prevents them most likely from getting one of those. But more were made and they opened it up for those 27-45 in Oct 2018.

And you going down on a gal picking up HPV -- like herpes, it's where it's at. So, it'd be like kissing as well, picking up HPV in that area -- although it "sticks" to one's gonads better, I guess.

Herpes I think is contagious only if there are warts, these are easy to see.

Gonorrhea and Clamydia are almost impossible to get from DATY according to CDC.

Hep B I'm vaccinated for. I highly recommend the Help A + Help B vaccine for peace of mind.

Hep C and Syphilis I'm not sure, these should be pretty rare.

Each of us should be researching these and way in how much risk are you willing to take.
