I know for a fact, if she doesn't want to see you anymore, she will block your number. If she hasn't blocked you then she still wants to see you.

I'm not so sure anymore. 2 of my last 3 appointments have been canceled last minute too. Fell on ice and going to er with hurt ankle, flu. If she doesn't want to see me seems she wouldn't make the appointment in the first place. Flu would be a valid reason but odd I am so unlucky that she comes down with it during the hour between my first call and the agreed appointment time.
