I would avoid email just on general principle, but in particular gmail and yahoo. Both monitor emails for certain keywords and images. Given the socio-political climate at present, I would be concerned which keywords they may be monitoring that may give rise to suspicion of human trafficking.

Not sure if it's a link just set up by the site that requires the provider to add a email link... and they just don't use it, or they just forget and prefer text.
