Well said Monger01. However if she does reply after an agreed upon appointment you can use that to negotiate. For example I might say I'm available RIGHT NOW but have $20 less of her donation because I spent it after she ghosted me while I had time to kill. It's also true: I only ever bring the enough cash I intend to spend. I'm still prepared to walk for all the same reasons as Monger01 listed, but I'm not above taking a discount if I can get it.

The next time you text her she is more likely not to ghost you. Some druggies still will. But some realize if they want your money they need to reply quickly at date time or no money. I just ran this exact scenario 2 weeks ago. The 2nd date set she was punctual and responsive. Lesson learned.

Not true for most people. The stimulus check is a prepaid refundable credit for tax year 2020 (to be filed in 2021). It is a new credit that will reduce your 2020 liability if eligible. The only way that someone may have to pay it back is if they get a check based on their 2018 return (having not filed for 2019) and when they file for 2019 their income turns out to be above the threshold. The majority of people pay little to nothing in terms of income tax, even in a philosophical sense they won't be paying it back. Having just paid my quarterlies, I am a little bitter about my position in this ponzi scheme.
