#4 - Best reason ever to have a NON-Contract phone; ie TracPhone. Pay with cash. Pay for refill cards with cash at any gas station or CVS. Well stated. Even when / if a provider is shady or fake, I carry a rational calm demeanor and offer a sense of decorum. You'd be surprised at the reduction of hostility or animosity which partakes resulting in the understanding and acceptance on their part.
