For a while last year Verizon was not allowing this site to load, then it started working again. Now Verizon is back to blocking, and my Broadband provider (WOW!) is doing it too. Using a VPN is a simple enough work around, but it really pisses me off that they do this. Any other ISP's out there doing this shit?

Aparently, the issue is that the site's SSL certificate expired or is no longer valid. You should be able to access the site from any ISP if you use the non-secure http link below:

Interesting to know. I suppose it could be my device. I've tried 2 different browsers. Both work with the VPN, but not without. That seems strange if the phone is the issue. I haven't tried on my laptop though.

Uninstall browser, clear out cookies and cache then reinstall.

I worked just east of downtown Detroit and back in the 2003-2006 time frame would skip on over to Windsor to take advantage of the then legal scene. Almost exclusively used the Executives Choice service. Lana (petite, toned MILF with the great figure) was my favorite over there. Still have memories of my times with her. I briefly had an issue with spectrum but it cleared in a couple of weeks.
