This was not a misunderstanding or anything to do with language barrier. It was an outright lie. I called her out on it, and said I have been here enough to know you are Michelle, and I want to see Penney. She seemed a little cranky about it, but put me in a room, and eventually Penney came in. I have to agree. I had a session with her during her first time at Spring and it was good. I stopped in yesterday morning and our session was the best I've ever had. I've had maybe 15 providers over my time in the hobby, so while not a huge sample size, she checked so many of the boxes. Solid and thorough table shower, an above average massage for a FS place, extended tease and a fun final act. I "think" she had a great time as well.

So many providers make it about rules / them / finishing quickly / upselling / etc. in one way or another. There was zero of that.
