No, they're not. In order for them to find out that information, they'd have to access the forum's server, which thankfully is well out of their jurisdiction. There has never been an inquiry by any agency about or concerning the identity of anyone who posts on the forum, and you can be sure that if there were such an inquiry, Jackson's refusal to comply with it would be front page news.

Mongers should be aware that they are under the watchful eye of local and state LE.

The crime rate in Baltimore is so bad that there is now help being provided from the state. Considering how watchful their eyes actually are, I'd say that we have less than nothing to worry about - I mean, think about it this way. If you had to kill someone, where would you want to do it? The Homicide clearance rate is less than 30%. Keep in mind newbie that the Homicide cops are smarter than the vice or flex squads, not to mention a ton more funding.

At this point, I wouldn't be surprised to see an attorney argue that getting a blowjob shouldn't be an arrestable offense while the murder rate is above 100 people a year. Given the busts on Brewers Court in Laurel, I though I'd check out the Rt. 1 scene. I made two passes: one around 7 PM and one around 10 PM. I operated under the theory that the hotspots would have to have three things: motels, sidewalks and gas stations or convenience stores. It seems like the two places that fit this bill are the intersection with 175 and the one by Montgomery Road.

Around 7:00, in front of the motel just south of Frank's Diner, there were two pug ugly BSWs. At Montgomery Road, I saw a twentysomething, blonde, calf-length Jeans, white heels. She walked down the block, crossed, walked back up, then down. I parked and approached her. Was she alright, did she need a ride? First she said yes, then said she was waiting for a friend.
