A few years ago I made one pickup in that area, but things didn't look right from the moment the door opened. I saw Heather on the coner of Wilkens & Millington with her bf.
Stopped & talked to her for awhile to see what was up. She is
going down hill as far as looks go. She has lost quite abit of weight &

Went out to "Monger" Saturday night. Started at 10:00ish @ B/CB, not much was out & LE was visible but not abundant. Did a few loops & went over to WW area.

Thursday I was up cruising the usual loops starting around 5 pm. After checking BCB with no luck I moved over to WW.

I made two extended circles which took about half an hour. During my drives I noticed no blockade on Catherine. In fact I used it to access Millington where I picked up Lori. She's a 26yo wsw, petite with decent build. A 9 year smoker but not CCL skinny. Ramsey however was broken up going southbound below Calhoun for some type of utility work. Made it difficult to cruise the area coming off Scary.

In Brooklyn, I cruised up Patapsco and then back and around up to Pontiac. I found a nice little 20yo latina looking sw with acne named Cici. Mary Pat Clarke must be riding the rag something awful to get this much heat to come down all at once - I'm beginning to think that her cycle is the same as Dixon's. Either way this is nothing but bad news for the mongering to be done in the area, at least until the election. It honestly wouldn't even be worth griping about, except that we just had an election last year - hopefully it won't be too much of a shock to our systems to see what regular mongering in Baltimore looks like - the lord only knows it's been long enough since any of us have seen it.

I can only imagine how many people he pissed off as he rolled down that steep (and in his case, really, really fucking steep) decline in what must have been a new record for Pigtown.

They (LE) just took out a big drug operation in the Catherine & Frederick Road area. Something in the neighborhood of $70K a day of smack coming out of a house. Franklintown Rd. from Baltimore St. to Frederick Rd. is extremely popular for buying stuff.

It's interesting that LE would block off Catherine, Ray. As you know, Catherine is the main entrance into the Westside Shopping Center from Wilkens. I am sure if the merchants were aware that LE was doing this while Westside was open for business, they would express their displeasure.

Then again, everyone knows that the intersection of Catherine and Wilkens is a major SW pick-up spot. It's the home of our girl Heather. lol Next time you drive by there, look on the wall and see the sign: HOOKERS FREE ZONE. That might be another clue) lmao

LE barricading streets off and changing traffic patterns is an old tactic LE uses to harass SW's, mongers and drug dealers. It also makes it easier for LE to surveil the area.

I have seen LE barricade streets in Pigtown and on the PP/Conkling loops, particularly at night. It's pretty eerie to see this and know that LE is close by watching.
