I got the urge to go hunting so took a mid night stroll around a few loops and came across Desi on Harford Rd by the gas station. I happened to lay eyes on the Chica you described in your post. She was walking up Reisterstown rd by the Walgreens on Old Court about 3 pm. I used to see her down closer to "the plaza" last summer.
