This sort of thing has been happening on every strip. I drove by the uhaul on Washington late one night, and it was total chaos. There were at least four cars sitting with their lights on, and an suv with the music blasting that had several young guys in it, sitting with all four doors open. The etiquette of giving a monger space is gone, and this new breed see you as the weirdo for being on the strip just talking to a prostitute and being friendly with them.
