That's not surgery per se. That's covering up the bruising / scabbing / abscesses caused by injecting into the femoral vein. Most of their usual injection sites have constricted because dope is cooked with so much filler garbage and they can't hit there anymore. After that, they usually get cellulitis and, worse yet, blood clots.

They might get "surgery" to remove an abscess or a deeper cellulitis infection.

So, much like the other day when I decided a good hunt was in order, I was quickly disappointed by the lack of available talent. I drove around for a while, was not quick enough to get Raven for a second spin and saw Dog Treats on an adjacent corner.
