I think talent is always around, but some areas dry up. It's similar to a heat map, areas get hot with talent but they will get cold eventually. I pick a loop and I will use it up until it's dead. Once the loop gets cold, the next time I stroll, I don't waste time going there and I will pick a different area that seems hot for the moment to catch new faces. I also have all types of rules that I follow, about not strolling on certain days, and only during specific hours. My system works okay for me, and it does not require a significant time commitment to find talent.
