If you have a healthy immune system, the molluscum bumps should eventually clear on their own, it's not like herpes viruses which can remain dormant ("sleeping") in your body for long periods of time and then reappear.

Lysol wipes are a bad idea and can actually increase your risk, just rinse off with water ONLY not soap and then dry off with a paper towel (don't scrub just gently pat to dry).
