Sending a picture is generally considered a terrible idea, but it seems especially dangerous in this case (active drug use, pimp / handler, insistence for a picture, history of run-ins with the Law). It puts you at risk for an extortion attempt. Be careful.

Her bf / pimp or whoever he is, is either helping her live like that to make money or as I assume is also a drug addict. Monica was more lively / crazy than emma. I think monica had a better body, personality and she was more personable. Emma will be another victim of drugs and soon. I won't return. Girls like this make me feel like this is a horrible trade.
