While it's awesome you hit for 8 grand, sorry that you drew Lisa Leduc. It really does pay to read the board to know whom to stay away from. Not to say that any of them wouldn't steal what they could given the right opportunity, but Lisa is the worst of them followed by Jazmine (black girl), thin blonde Ashlee would also. I would also recommend not paying them up front but that is always between you & the girl. Familiarity can build trust on both sides in order to bring them home but I stow things away & never give them free reign of the place. Again sorry to hear about you being ripped off.
