There used to be a shithole on 3A in Quincy called the "Ritz Motel" strangely enough. They used to rent by the hour/act. I haven't been there in years though, so I have no idea if it's still there. My guess is no but you never know.

Hotel rooms are at a premium all over Boston and the surrounding area. Other than the rooms over King Arthur's strip club I don't know of any short stay availability. I have had good luck using price line to get rooms in the $30 to $40 range for the night but this is tough to do as a last minute thing. Most of the time you have to check in after one or two in the afternoon so if you are looking for a location earlier than that you would have to check in the night before.

I can't actually speak for the quality or price of the rooms over KA's. For me, it's not worth driving all the way over there for an out call. I can't imagine that most girls would be willing to do it either.
