This isn't even a provider. It's just the people who run the FEVKey scam. Spend 30 seconds googling. They claim that their service is "free" but nevertheless they'll require you to provide your credit card to "verify" your identity. Then, charges will start appearing on your credit card and you won't be able to get rid of them.

And, of course, once you've signed up, you'll find that the girl has left town.

Its been confirmed on any number of Boards. You get verified by FEVkey by providing a credit card number, etc.

You get billed for a porn site that you didn't want, and you never get a response from the original lady for an appointment.

They previously would email you with instruction to get "verified" by FevKey. Now they have websites, and are somewhat more sophisticated, but it still requires you to go through FevKey.
